Flood's Hall

Based in the Hyde Park neighborhood, Flood’s Hall is an independent resource center that aims to create a safe and inclusive community space and contribute to Chicago’s cooperative economy landscape. Civic Projects has been working with Flood’s Hall through all phases of the design process as they transform an existing third-story space. Project work began with a series of workshops to explore the programming possibilities of the space and gain a sense of both client and community expectations. The project has since moved into the schematic design phase.
